Support for any IT-related issues
- We offer 15 minute bookable slots to answer any IT related questions.
- The service is provided via Microsoft Teams.
- The link to join the IT Drop-in Session (via Microsoft Teams) will be displayed when the online booking is confirmed. In addition, an email with the link will be sent to you.
- Support includes both Library loaned devices and your own personal devices.
- We support a variety of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android and iOS) and software.
- If we are unable to help with a specific issue we will redirect you to a third party who can provide assistance.
When is the service available?
- The IT Drop-in Sessions will be available from Tuesday 2 March 2021.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.00 -12.00.
