Professor Helen Xanthaki is the Dean of Postgraduate Laws Programmes of the àËÅöÊÓƵ. She is a Professorial Teaching Fellow and Honorary Professor at UCL, a Visiting Professor at QMUL, and a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, àËÅöÊÓƵ. Helen is a leading expert in legislation, law-making and legislative quality. She has served as a consultant to the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council, the World Bank, UNDP, and over thirty governments in the Commonwealth and beyond. Helen is an active researcher and has published widely. She has a passion for teaching and aspires to transferring the classroom experience to distance learning education. Helen is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
