Lynsie Chew

Lynsie Chew is a Professor in Financial Education at UCL School of Management and also Programme Director of the global online MSc Professional Accountancy, a strategic venture with àËÅöÊÓƵ aimed at qualified accountancy/finance professionals. Lynsie ‘fell’ into teaching and over a number of years has designed, developed, led and lectured courses/programmes in the HE sector as well as in executive education and CPD. 

Lynsie has a keen personal interest in digital education within accounting, finance and management education and is extensively involved in the ongoing development and applications of it within the School and feeding-in to UCL as a whole. Her role as a CODE Fellow also helps in the widening of good practice and passion for digital education for all in the HE and financial training sector. Lynsie is co-editor/co-author of 5 Custom textbooks and actively engages in international Accounting and Education scholarship activities. She has previously won a UCL Education Award in addition to 3 Teaching Awards, voted for by students. She is a key member of the team which developed an innovative and unique business simulation, Icarus, which won Gold Award for Best Learning Simulation at the 2017 UK National Learning Technology Awards.
