Dr Endrit Kromidha
Endrit is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Birmingham. His interest is in distance and online education for entrepreneurship and vocational skill, the transition from university to work, virtual collaboration teams, augmented and mixed reality training at work.
Endrit has designed, delivered or assisted distance learning business courses at undergraduate or MBA levels in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. He has also led projects in other countries such as Thailand or Kazakhstan, building local capabilities for practitioners and trainers by jointly designing and delivering blended learning entrepreneurship courses for tourism, innovation or creative industries.
Endrit is a trustee of the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a Fellow of Advance Higher Education UK and a committee member of the Joint Technology Enhanced Learning Summer School organised by the European Association of Technology Enhanced Learning.
