Two types of guided tours of the iconic Senate House and Senate House Library will be available on a first come, first served basis on Saturday 21 September. You can sign up for these . On Sunday, visitors will be able to take self-guided tours of both Senate House and the Library. 

Designed by the architect Charles Holden, on completion in 1937 Senate House was the capital’s tallest secular structure. It is also one of ������Ƶ’s most recognisable buildings, with an incredible history. Used as the backdrop for countless movies and TV shows, the Art Deco building is also said to have inspired the idea of the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell’s 1984.
