Designed for all learners, regardless of prior academic or professional experience, this programme features a foundational curriculum in mathematics, statistics and computer programming. Furthermore, students are equipped with essential academic skills, fostering the competence needed to excel not only in the International Foundation Programme but also in their subsequent undergraduate studies.

Students will use industry-standard tools like Python and Tableau in practical computing challenges and activities. Upon successful completion of the programme students will be offered a place in the ������Ƶ's online BSc Computer Science degree (which has academic direction from Goldsmiths, ������Ƶ) without the need to apply.

The International Foundation Programme for Computer Science will be launched at the , which is taking place in Las Vegas from 16-18 September.

Our online International Foundation Programme for computer Science will help you to acquire the knowledge and skills that are essential for you to take the next steps in furthering your study and your career.

You will learn how to apply your technical knowledge to real life problems, gain insights into data innovations and develop your confidence as a programmer, with entry onto our BSc Computer Science course upon successful completion of the programme.

The partnership with Coursera began in 2013 and we currently have 66 courses being delivered through their platform, including both short courses and full degrees. by Coursera include the BSc in Computer Science and the MSc Cyber Security. 

Applications for the IFP for Computer Science open on 25 September and close on 6 December. Registration opens on 4 November and closes on 16 December. Study sessions begin on 13 January 2025.
